- For custom designs, additional time may be required for approval and production.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary based on product type and location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delivery issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Since most products are customized, returns and refunds are not applicable unless:
- The product is damaged during transit
- Wrong product is delivered
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

- All designs, artworks, and content are the intellectual property of Bhakthi by Chaitanya Madhava.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or copying is strictly prohibited.
7. Use of Content
- Customers submitting custom designs must ensure they have rights to use the content.
- We are not responsible for copyright violations from customer-provided designs.

- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from product usage.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
