Return & Refund Policy
At Bhakthi by Chaitanya Madhava, each product is thoughtfully created and often customized to meet your preferences. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
1. No Return on Custom Products
- Most of our products are made-to-order and personalized.
- Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
- Customized items
- Digital products
- Japa accessories (for hygiene reasons)
2. Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Printing error or manufacturing defect
3. Reporting an Issue
- Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Please share:
- Order details
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted
4. Refund / Replacement Process
- Once the issue is verified:
- A replacement will be provided, OR
- A refund will be initiated (if replacement is not possible)
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
5. Refund Method
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before production starts
- Once the order is processed or customized, cancellation is not allowed
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- In case of defective or incorrect product, we will bear the return/replacement shipping cost
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized and personalized products
- Digital downloads
- Japa accessories (used/opened items)
